Most everyday PDF jobs are simple — combine a few files, pull out some pages, swap between PDF and images. The catch with the usual free sites is that you're uploading the document to do it. Merge several PDFs into one

  • Images → PDF bundles photos or scans into a single document, in the order you arrange them.
